Vijay's "Thupaki" Movie Name Going To Change?

Illaiya thalapathuy "Vijay's" next movie is "Thupaki". The shooting of the movie is on full speed and the team try to release the film on this deepavali. 

Now there is speedbreak for this movie because of the name "Thupaki". A film named "Kalla Thupaki" is registered in 2009 and they went to the court to change the name of vijay's movie. The case is in court now and the judgement will be on August 1. Hope the name will not change. That's the wish of all Vijay fan's.
